Teen Outreach Program (TOPS)

​The purpose of TOP Club (Teen Outreach Program) is to gather young leaders together to work on issues such as goal setting, healthy relationships, future college and career choices, and just general good decision making. One important component of TOP Club is a service learning experience. Through service learning teens learn to give back to their community. This program is carried out in collaboration with the Mississippi County Health Department.
