Mary Davis has been an employee since 1998. She has over 30 years of accounting experience, and has MIP Non Profit Series Accounting Software Training. Mary does the financials for all programs within the SWFLC organization. Mary's goals are to ensure that all of SWFLC financial records are kept accurately and in a timely manner.

LESTER GILLESPIE
YOUTH PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Lester has been with SWFLC since 1997. He has a Bachelor's Degree in General Studies with a Minor in Criminal Justice from Southeast Missouri State University. He has also received an AEL Certification through the Department of Education. Lester's love for the community and children has allowed him to extend his heart to serving the community in all areas. He believes that networking is the key to community development. He has a real eye for connecting services to their targeted population. His goals are to assist youth in connecting the dots as it relates to them raising their standards to make sure that every child and parent in our county can utilize resources that's needed to improve their lives.

PARENT PROGRAM COORDINATOR
Clementine has been with Susanna Wesley Family Learning Center since 1998. She has worked as Youth Facilitator and Parent Program Director during this time. Clementine has an Associates Degree in Applied Science in Social and Human Services and hours of parenting training. She brings a positive outlook in our community by collaborating with families and networkig with other community resources to help people connect with the services they need. Her main goal is to assist parents with learning how to be better parents to their children, so that they can become independent and valuable citizens of our community.

Harriett has been with SWFLC since 2001. She has received trainings from Missouri Coaltion Against Domestic and Sexual Violence, and other trainings that relate to victim services. Harriett's awareness of the many needs of the victims that we serve enpower her to work really hard to accomodate and be of service to victims and other clients. She gives her all to clients so that they feel welcome and accepted while utilizing our services and feels a need to exceed the goal of meeting the needs of the victims and dependents that she serves.

Mary Anne has been with SWFLC since 2001. She has several years experience and trainings in crime victim assistance including Missouri Coaltion Against Domestic & Sexual Violence Trainings, Missouri Victim Assistance Trainings, Missouri Office of ProsecutionTrainings, and Elder Abuse Trainings. Mary Anne has background history in Social Work and Law Enforcement, she completed the Southeast Missouri Law Enforcement Academy and is a certified Peace Officer. Her heart is filled with the love of being able to advocate for and help victims of domestic, sexual, and other violent crimes.

SUPERVISED VISITATION & EXCHANGE MONITOR
Micki has been with SWFLC for over 18 years. She started in 1992 as the Childcare Director and Shelter Monitor. She has received 37 credits in Child Care Development from multiple workshops. Unfortunately, after having to close our Childcare Center doors, she was able to continue serving children by becoming a Supervised Visitation and Exchange Monitor at the center. Her love for children has played a major role in her dedication and committment to the children and parents that we serve. Her goals are to always provide a pleasant and safe atmosphere to individuals that she serves.

Evelyn has been with SWFLC since 1996. She has trainings in Health Telecourse, Computer Literacy Trainings, and PACE Software Training. Evelyn has a loving and caring attitude, which makes it easier for new as well as older participants to feel at ease and comfortable when entering our program. Her goal is to get each individual person that she comes in contact with on a level to obtain their Certificate of High School Equivalence.
